MUSIC ARTS AND CULTURE EVENING with THE GLENN ROBERTSON JAZZ BAND and VINCENT KOLBE & FRIENDS

It is really encouraging to see the amount and quality of jazz concerts being organised lately. The upcoming concert on 27 April 2008 at the NASSAU AUDITORIUM, Palmyra Road, Newlands, is one not to be missed.

The aim of organiser and musician, Glenn Robertson is to promote jazz and also to expose upcoming new talent. He has featured some excellent musicians, since he started this series of concerts.

Besides the Glenn Robertson Band, the concert on Sunday, 27 April, will focus on jazz musician, Vincent Kolbe. Vince & Friends will include Vince on piano, Don Cartner on vocals, Brian Eagleson on bass, Willie van Bloemenstein on drums and Harry Peacock on guitar. This will be one of those rare moments to see these guys in a concert setting. Else you have to catch them at a house party. Don't miss this opportunity.

Sunday, 27 April 2008 at 6.30pm for 7pm at the NASSAU AUDITORIUM,
Palmyra Road, Newlands.

Cost is R40 per person
